Our fee for this search will be 33% of the first year’s total compensation. We define cash compensation as salary and target bonus. Our billing methodology is as follows:
- 1/3 of the fee at launch;
- 1/3 of the fee upon presentation of the candidate short list;
- Remainder of the fee when the hired candidate commences employment.
Travel expenses required for this search will be billed monthly. Our invoices are due and payable upon receipt.

Specifically, we will replace that candidate for the same position, at no further fee, should the candidate fail to meet the performance expectations for the position for which he/she is hired; or should the candidate leave your employ for reasons other than constructive dismissal.
